Beyond Academics connects how a child learns with how they are supported. We explore how children respond to structure, choice, challenge and support, then turn that understanding into practical teaching guidance for schools and personalised mentorship or homeschooling guidance for families.

The Personalisation Baseline uses two to three short conversational sessions to explore how children respond to learning conditions. Your team receives a Learning Response Profile for each child, a Class Profile and a leadership brief, with practical actions to try and questions to review.

Start with a conversation about your child’s interests, challenges and your priorities. We discuss whether personalised mentorship or homeschooling consultancy is suitable, then agree the scope, arrangements, review points and fees before you commit.

The ongoing school platform is in development. Its intended model is an annual licence based on student numbers, with teacher interaction through supported Microsoft and Google tools and a separate leadership dashboard. Schools can discuss participation in the Personalisation Baseline pilot; delivery arrangements are agreed before starting.
